Arin Ray shot to fame as a member of the group Intensity created during the bootcamp stage of the first series of The X Factor USA 2011.

Arin, a student from Cincinnati, auditioned as a solo artist but failed to make the cut at bootcamp. He was later selected as one of a ten members strong group called Intensity that went on to compete in The X Factor live shows.
